By using our services, you agree to these terms. Bob~Kat Productions And Studios, L.L.C. provides video production, studio, and related creative services subject to the following conditions.
We provide production and studio services as described in proposals, statements of work, or booking confirmations. Timelines, deliverables, and usage rights are defined in those agreements.
Invoices must be paid within the agreed timeframe. Bob~Kat Productions And Studios, L.L.C. reserves the right to pause work for late payments where permitted by contract.
Creative assets produced for the client become client property upon full payment to the extent stated in the project agreement. Preliminary concepts and unused materials may remain the property of Bob~Kat Productions And Studios, L.L.C. unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement or booking terms.
